We sell via partners
We offer our products through various major platforms, such as Bol.com, MediaMarkt and Amazon. As an external sales partner, we are part of their logistics processes. These platforms simply are not set up to carry out individual repairs.
Because we do not have our own repair centre for private customers, we cannot offer that service in that way either.
Speed for you
Because we do not repair, you do not have to wait for weeks. A repair process (sending, examining, repairing, returning) often takes a long time.
Is your product defective within the warranty period? Then we prefer a direct solution.

You might be wondering: "Isn't that a waste of the product?" Don't worry, we never just throw anything away!
Defective products and returns are collected and sent in bulk to our sustainable partner 2dekansje. Because they do this on a large scale, repairs are feasible and efficient there.

This way, together we ensure that you are helped quickly and that we avoid unnecessary waste.
