Of course, the intention is that you can enjoy your new purchase without any worries. Should something not go quite right, it’s good to know exactly when you are entitled to warranty. Below, we explain in which situations you can count on us.
Fault or damage upon receipt
Has your order arrived damaged or does the product not work straight out of the box? That’s certainly disappointing, but fortunately we will resolve this for you straight away.
If a product arrives defective or damaged, this is of course covered by the warranty. Please report this as soon as possible after receipt, and we will provide a suitable solution.
Fault during use
Even if you have had the product for a while, you can still rely on the warranty. This applies when the product (or a specific part) breaks while you are using it normally.
The most important rule here is that there must be proper use according to the manual. Have you followed the instructions carefully and does the product still fail due to a technical defect? Then this is covered by the warranty.
Unsure about the cause?
Not sure if a fault is covered by the warranty or if you have used the product correctly? First, check the manual. It often clearly states what the product can and cannot handle and how to resolve any problems.
A golden tip before use
To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend that you read through the manual thoroughly immediately after receipt.
It may sound obvious, but by taking the time to read the instructions, you can be sure that you are installing and using the product correctly. This way, you avoid accidentally causing damage through incorrect use. Unfortunately, damage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty, and of course, we’d rather help you avoid that!
