With us, you don’t need to keep piles of paper invoices or receipts in an old shoebox. Your order number is your official proof of warranty. That’s all you need!
What does my order number look like?
Because we sell our products through various partners and websites, your order number can look different depending on where you bought it. You can find this number in the confirmation email of your order or in your account of the relevant webshop.
Below you can see how to recognise the correct number for each shop:
- Our own webshops (e.g. lifegoods.nl):
The number starts with SW_ followed by 5 digits (for example: SW_12345). - Bol.com:
This number consists of 10 digits or letters and often starts with A000... or C0000... - Albert Heijn (AH):
A sequence of 10 digits, often starting with 14... - MediaMarkt NL:
A longer code, such as: 00742_000000000-A - Amazon:
You can recognise this number by the format: 303-00000000-0000000 - ING Rentepunten:
The number starts with: 101-PO-0000000 - Partner shops (Praxis/Brico, Obelink, ANWB and Kruidvat):
These numbers often end with a capital letter 'A'. Examples are:- 250000000-A
- 600000000-A
- 000300000-A
- 2002000000-A
