The standard period: 2 Years
You can claim our warranty up to 2 years after receiving your order. We think it's important that a product does what it's supposed to do. Should a defect occur within those 2 years through no fault of your own, we are ready to resolve it for you.
Exception: Lifetime warranty on TRVLMORE backpacks
Have you purchased a TRVLMORE backpack? Then we have good news. We offer a lifetime warranty on these backpacks.
We are so convinced of the quality of these bags that we do not apply any time limit. Should anything ever go wrong due to a manufacturing defect, we will always help you, no matter how long you have had the bag.
When does the clock start ticking?
An important detail: the warranty period does not start when you place or pay for the order, but on the day that you (or your neighbours) actually receive the parcel.
Suppose you order on Monday, but the parcel is only delivered on Thursday; then the 2-year warranty only starts on that Thursday. That’s only fair, as you can only use the product once you have it at home.
Be on time
Notice something wrong with the product? Then don't wait too long. As long as you are within that two-year period, you are entitled to our service for defects. After this period, the right to warranty expires, so it is wise to report faults as soon as they occur.
