Standard 2-year warranty
On almost our entire range you are entitled to a 2-year warranty. This period starts on the day you receive the product. Within this period, you have ample time to use and test the product properly.
Exception: TRVLMORE backpacks
Have you bought a backpack from the brand TRVLMORE? Then we have good news! We offer a lifetime warranty on these backpacks.
What is covered by the warranty?
Our warranty is intended for problems and defects that arise through no fault of your own. This includes manufacturing faults or technical defects that occur spontaneously.
- The golden rule: As long as you use the product for its intended purpose and follow the instructions in the manual, you are covered by our warranty.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Unfortunately, damage caused by your own actions is not covered by the warranty. This includes, for example:
- Damage from dropping or impact;
- Damage due to incorrect use or improper operation;
- Wear and tear that is normal with intensive use (signs of use).
