Sometimes a collection point is just that bit more convenient than home delivery. For example, if you are often on the go, not at home during the day, or simply don’t feel like listening out for the doorbell. Below, we explain how this works with us.
Can you choose a collection point when placing your order?
No, unfortunately it is currently not possible to select a collection or pick-up point in advance (when placing your order). Orders are by default offered for delivery to the delivery address you provide.
Can you change this later via DHL?
In many cases, yes. Once DHL has received your parcel and your Track & Trace is active, DHL often offers the option to change the delivery. Via Track & Trace in the DHL app or on the DHL website, you can often choose to have your parcel delivered to a DHL ServicePoint/collection point.
Please note: the available change options differ per shipment and per region. We therefore cannot guarantee that this option is available for every order.
Summary
In advance, delivery to a collection point is not possible with us. Once DHL has the shipment, you can often still change the delivery to a collection point via Track & Trace—if DHL offers that option for your parcel.
