Have you accidentally entered the wrong address, or do you want to have your order delivered somewhere else after all? Sometimes this is still possible, but it mainly depends on how far your order is in the shipping process. We explain it below.
Changing your address: when is it still possible?
Changing a delivery address is only possible as long as your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse. In practice, this means: no Track & Trace code has been created for your order yet.
As soon as the warehouse has processed your order and a Track & Trace is available, the parcel is already in the shipping process and unfortunately we can no longer change the delivery address.
What should you do if your address is not yet fixed?
Do you not see a Track & Trace yet and think you are still in time? Then contact our customer service as soon as possible via chat or by phone. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to change the address for you just in time.
What if there is already a Track & Trace?
Then unfortunately it is no longer possible to change the delivery address through us. From that moment, the shipment is already with (or on its way to) DHL and we are no longer able to make any changes.
In summary
You can only change your address if your order has not yet been processed by the warehouse (so: no Track & Trace yet). In that case, contact customer service immediately. If there is already a Track & Trace, unfortunately we can no longer change the address.
