Normally, we have a return period of 30 days. Within this period, you can, for any reason, change your mind and return your order to us free of charge.

Has the 30-day period expired? Then, in principle, you can no longer 'just' return the item because you have changed your mind.
The exception: Defects and Warranty
Has your product suddenly become defective after those 30 days or is it no longer working as it should? Of course, we won't leave you out in the cold!
In that case, you are entitled to a warranty. Although you can no longer return the item via the normal process for a refund, we will ensure an appropriate solution is provided.
No repair service
Good to know: we do not offer a repair service. So we will not attempt to repair your specific device. Instead, we often look directly for a replacement, so you can get back on track quickly.
What should I do?
Do you have a defect outside the return period? Then contact us via our chat on the website or via the platform where you placed the order.
To help you as quickly as possible, we ask that you include the order number and, if possible, a clear photo/video of the defect. We will then look into the issue with you as soon as possible to resolve the problem!
