That’s of course disappointing, and for that we apologise in advance. Mistakes can happen, but fortunately we are happy to resolve this for you quickly and properly.

Report it to us (with a photo)
Because we want to know how this happened (and to prevent it from happening again), we ask you to contact us.
- Start a chat via our website or send a message via the platform where you placed your order (for example, bol.com).
- Include your order number.
- Attach a clear photo of the item you have received.
With this photo, we can immediately check in our warehouse where the mistake occurred and improve our processes.
What happens next?
Depending on what you want, you have two options:
Return immediately and get a refund
