Would you like to exchange an item, for example for a different colour or because you would prefer another model? Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not technically possible with us.
Because our returns system is fully automated, as soon as we receive your return, the refund process is started immediately. We cannot interrupt this process to send you a different product instead.
How can I still get the right product?
Don’t worry, you don’t have to go without! The quickest and easiest way is to arrange it yourself:
- Return your current item. (As soon as we receive it, we will refund your money).
- Place a new order yourself for the product you do want.
This way, you’ll often have your new purchase at home the very next day, without having to wait until the return process is fully completed.
Has the price changed in the meantime?
Do you need exactly the same product, but see that the price has gone up in the meantime? That’s obviously annoying, but we won’t let you lose out because of it.
Feel free to order the item again. We’ll happily reimburse you the price difference!
What do I need to do for the reimbursement?
In that case, please contact us after you have placed the new order. This is best done via our chat or the platform where you placed your order.
Keep both order numbers (from the old and the new order) at hand, and we’ll arrange the price difference for you straight away.
