The complete return process usually takes a few days. Below you can see what the process generally looks like, from registration to refund.
Registering your return and receiving a label (immediately)
As soon as you create your return, you will immediately receive the return label (or a QR code) from us. You can then prepare and hand in your parcel straight away.
On its way to us (on average 1–3 working days)
After you have handed in the parcel at the drop-off point, it usually takes 1 to 3 working days before we actually receive your return. This mainly depends on the carrier and how busy it is in transit.
Processing at our end (within 2 working days of receipt)
Once your return has arrived with us, we process it as quickly as possible, but in any case within 2 working days.
Refund (usually within 3 working days)
After processing, we initiate the refund. In most cases, the amount will be in your account within 3 working days.
The only exception is Albert Heijn: in this case, the refund can take a bit longer, namely up to 10 working days.
In short
From the moment you hand in your parcel, you are usually done within a few days, with the main exception being refunds via Albert Heijn (up to 10 working days). If you have not heard anything or received anything after these timeframes, please feel free to contact us—we will look into it for you straight away.
