Would you like to return your order? Then you will need a shipping label to send the package back to us. How you request that label depends on where you placed your order.
Did you order via bol.com?
If so, you can arrange the return and the label directly in your bol.com account. There you can register the shipment and receive the correct shipping instructions. Double-check in the bol.com portal to make sure you are following the correct steps.
Did you order via our webshops or other partners?
Did you order directly from one of our brands, or via another webshop (not bol.com)? Then you can easily create your return label via our partner Returnless.

💡 Important tip:
The system will ask for your order number. Please enter the full number, exactly as it appears on your order confirmation (including any dashes or letters). Only then can the system locate your order. Sometimes it helps to press the button a few times.
