When you have registered your return, you will receive a return label from us. That label immediately determines where you can drop off your parcel. You will receive either a PostNL option or a DHL option. And good to know: this can be either a printed label or a (digital) QR code that you have scanned at the drop-off point.
Not sure what you have received? Then check your return label or your return confirmation: there you will immediately see whether it is PostNL or DHL, and whether you can use a printed label or QR code.
Important: keep your proof of return. When you hand in the parcel, you will usually receive a receipt (proof of return) or a digital confirmation. Keep this safe until your return has been fully processed and your refund completed. It is your proof that you handed over the parcel, should anything go wrong along the way.
