Were you (just) not at home when the courier came by? Fortunately, your parcel is usually not “lost”, but simply delivered somewhere else or rescheduled. In this article, we explain which steps you should follow.
First, check the Track & Trace
The Track & Trace is always the starting point. There you can often see straight away what the delivery service has done after no one was at home. In many cases, it will say that a new delivery attempt will be made, often already the next day.

Does it say “delivered”? Check where the parcel has gone
If the Track & Trace indicates that your parcel has been delivered, but you haven’t received anything, check the following:
See if the parcel may have been delivered to a collection point. Delivery services sometimes take shipments to a collection location if home delivery isn’t possible.
Not at a collection point? Then also ask your neighbours if they may have accepted your order.
Still no parcel? Contact our customer service
