Some of our garden cupboards are delivered a little differently than you might be used to. In this article, we explain how that works, what you can do if you haven't received everything yet, where to find the manual, and how returns work.
Why do I receive my garden cupboard in multiple packages?
Some of our garden cupboards consist of several separate packages. This is because the set is too large for one box.
This concerns the following variants:
The 860L variant is delivered in 2 packages. The 1340L variant is delivered in 3 packages.
Important to know: these packages are sent separately and therefore often do not arrive at the same time. It may happen that you receive one box first and the other box(es) follow later.
I've only received part of my order — what now?
If you have already received one (or more) packages, but not everything yet, the advice is to wait a little longer. It is quite common for the courier to deliver the packages over multiple delivery moments.
You will receive a separate track & trace for each box. This allows you to track exactly where each package is and when it is expected.
How do I know which box I'm missing? (A, B or C)
Each box is clearly marked with a letter, for example A, B or C. This way, you can easily see which box you already have and which one is still missing.
Useful if you contact us: let us know which letter(s) you have already received. This way, we can help you more quickly.
Where is the manual?
The manual is always in box A.
So, for example, if you have already received box B but not the manual, this is probably correct: as soon as box A arrives, you will have the manual as well.
How do returns work if there are multiple packages?
Because your garden cupboard consists of multiple packages, the following also applies when returning: each package needs its own return label.
You cannot return everything under one label.
In practice, this means that when returning, we need to send you extra return labels so that you have a label for each package. This works as follows:
You will receive the return label (via Returnless) and, if necessary, we will also send you additional label(s) by email. This way, you can return each package correctly.
Please contact us for this, and we will make sure you receive the correct labels for the number of boxes you are returning.
Any questions?
Are you experiencing any issues, such as a package that doesn't seem to be moving in the track & trace, or are you unsure which boxes you should have? Please feel free to contact us. If you mention which box letters you already have (A/B/C), we can help you even faster.
In summary: some garden cupboards come in 2 or 3 separate boxes, which are not always delivered at the same time. You will receive multiple track & traces, the manual is in box A, and multiple return labels are required for returns.
