Have you just placed a great order and now see that it is on its way to you in several packages? That might be a bit confusing, but don’t worry. This is completely normal and we do it for logistical reasons.
Below, we explain why we do this and how you can track your order.
Why is an order split?
Sometimes, not everything simply fits into one box. We choose to send an order in multiple packages when:
- Your order consists of several large products that cannot be packed together.
- You have ordered a large number of items at once, making one box too heavy or too full.
- The item is already supplied in separate boxes from the factory.
Splitting the shipment is more practical and safer for us and the carrier. This way, we prevent boxes from becoming unmanageable or products from damaging each other during transport.
How do I track my packages?
Because the products are in separate boxes, they also travel as individual shipments with the carrier. This means that you will receive a separate Track & Trace code for each package from us. It is possible that your order is delivered at different times. So don’t worry if you haven’t received everything from your order yet! The rest of your order will follow as soon as possible!
So keep a close eye on your inbox; you will receive an email with various shipping information. Because the packages travel individually, it can sometimes happen that they are not all delivered to you on exactly the same day or at the same time. With the different Track & Trace codes, you can see exactly when you can expect each part of your order.
