Automatically in your inbox
You do not need to look for the invoice yourself or download it anywhere. We send the VAT invoice automatically to you.
You will receive the invoice approximately one week after placing your order. We send it as a PDF attachment to the email address you used when ordering.
Invoice not received?
Has a week already passed and you have not yet seen an invoice?
Check your spam folder: Sometimes automated emails accidentally end up in the junk mail folder.
Contact us: Is the invoice not in your spam folder either? No worries. Just contact our customer service and we will send it to you manually right away.
Need to change details?
Have you received the invoice, but there is a mistake in the address details or would you like to change the name? We are happy to sort that out for you as well.
Contact our customer service and let us know what needs to be changed (keep your order number handy). We will then arrange a revised invoice for you.
