We love speed. On working days, orders are often processed and dispatched within a few hours. This is great if you want to receive your parcel quickly, but it also means that the window to cancel an order is very short.
Contact us immediately
Would you like to cancel? Then contact our customer service immediately after placing your order. As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, we can arrange the cancellation for you and refund the purchase amount.
Has the order already been dispatched?
If your order has already been packed and handed over to the delivery service, unfortunately cancellation is no longer possible. The parcel is then already on its way to you.
But don't panic! As soon as you receive the parcel, you can also return it. You can refuse the parcel at the door or simply send it back to us after receipt. As soon as we have received the return, we will arrange the refund.
