Sometimes it’s nice to hold a product, see it in real life or take it home straight away. That’s why we regularly get asked whether customers can visit us. Because we are a completely online company, things work a little differently with us. We explain it below.
No physical shop or showroom
We do not have a physical shop or showroom where you can just walk in. We sell our products exclusively online. This applies to all our own brands: LifeGoods, Auronic, KitchenBrothers, TRVLMORE and MOA Colors.
We also do not keep any stock at our office. Of course, we try to fill our website with the clearest possible photos and descriptions, so you get a good idea of what you are buying.
Can I collect my order myself?
No, collection is not possible. All our orders are shipped from a large external warehouse. This warehouse is fully equipped for packing and shipping parcels at lightning speed, but is not set up for visitors. That’s why we do not offer a collection option.
