Have you placed an order with multiple items, but only want to return one (or a few) because you’re happy with the rest? No problem at all!
You are not required to return your entire order with us at once. A so-called 'partial return' is easily arranged.
Below, we explain how to go about this and what you should pay attention to.
Only register what you are returning
In our returns portal, you can select exactly which items you want to keep and which need to be returned.
So when registering, only tick the product that you actually want to return. Leave the other products from your order (that you want to keep) unticked in the overview. That way, we know exactly what is coming back.
Free return label and refund
You will also receive a free shipping label from us for a part-return.
So, just like with a full return, you do not have to pay for shipping to our warehouse. Print out the label, stick it on the box (which contains only the return product), and hand it in at the parcel point.
As soon as we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount of that specific product. The original shipping costs (if you paid them) will not be deducted from this amount.
Important: Do you have multiple orders to return?
Do you want to return items from different orders?
- Never put these together in one box.
- Each order number needs to be processed separately in our system.
- Register each order separately and use a separate return label for each box.
Do you put everything in one box with one label? Then we cannot scan the other order and your refund will take much longer (or the return may get lost).
Exception: Ordered via Bol.com?
Did you buy the item via Bol.com? Then the rules of their platform apply.
In that case, do not register your return with us, but start the return procedure via your account on the Bol.com website itself. They will then provide you with the correct instructions.
