You want to register your return, but after entering your details you receive an error message or nothing happens at all. That is, of course, very annoying when you just want to return something.
Don't worry, in most cases this is easy to resolve. Just go through the steps below to see where things might be going wrong.
1. Did you order from a participating shop?
Our return portal (Returnless) works for orders placed via our own brand websites and for orders via a number of our partners. Please check whether you made your purchase at one of the following shops:

Our partners: MediaMarkt, Praxis/Brico, Kruidvat, Obelink, ANWB and Kaufland
Is your shop listed above? Then you are in the right portal!
2. Check for spaces and typos
The system is very sensitive to small mistakes. Grab your order confirmation and check that you have entered the order number exactly as it appears.
- Be careful when copying: If you copy and paste the number, often a space is accidentally added after (or before) the number. Because the system sees this as a 'character', the order will not be recognised. So make sure to remove any spaces.
3. Does the screen keep loading or freeze?
Are you filling everything in correctly, but it's still not working? This is a known technical glitch that unfortunately sometimes occurs when connecting.
It might sound a bit strange, but the golden tip here is: don't give up too quickly.
Sometimes the system literally just needs a little push. Doesn't it work the first time? Refresh the page and simply enter your details again. In our experience, persistence pays off.
