Check your inbox
The very first and easiest step is to check your email. There’s a good chance the information is waiting for you there.
As soon as your order has left our warehouse and is on its way, you’ll automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email. In this specific email you’ll find your personal Track & Trace code straight away.
- Tip: Can’t find the email straight away? Don’t forget to check your ‘junk’ (spam) or promotions folder as well. Sometimes this automated message ends up there by mistake.
View your order in your account
Did you create an account on our webshop when placing your order? Then it’s very easy to retrieve your details.
Log in to your account on our website and navigate to your order overview (found under ‘Orders’). When you click on the relevant recent order, you’ll find the current status and often the Track & Trace link there as well.
