Has your product arrived damaged, but is it still working perfectly well technically? Then we’d like to resolve this with you in a smart way.
Do I need to return the whole product?
We’d rather you didn’t! It’s often a shame (and a lot of hassle for you) to have to repack and return a large or heavy product, especially if the device is otherwise functioning perfectly.
Instead of exchanging, we’d prefer to look together for a solution that will make you happy and is also more sustainable:

We’re happy to offer an appropriate compensation (discount). This way, you can simply keep and use the product, and we’ll compensate you for the fact that it doesn’t look completely new.
Of course, if you’d still prefer to return it, that’s no problem either.
