Don’t panic! It’s not unusual for customers not to see their order confirmation appear in their inbox straight away. Fortunately, there are a few simple steps you can take to resolve the issue.
First, check your spam folder
The first thing you should check is your spam or junk folder. Order confirmations unfortunately end up there more often than we would like. This mainly happens if your email provider incorrectly classifies our messages. Open your spam folder and look for emails from us.
Check your email address
Didn’t find the confirmation in your spam folder? The next step is to check the email address you entered with your order. It is possible that there is a typo in your email address. Carefully check that your email address is spelled correctly.
Be patient
Good to know: sometimes it can take 5 to 10 minutes for your order confirmation to arrive in your inbox. Have you already waited a while and still not received an email? Then you can proceed to the next step.
