It can happen that you want to order that one specific product, but it is no longer in stock (or even no longer visible in our webshop). That is, of course, disappointing. Fortunately, there are a few handy steps you can take to check if and when the product will become available again.
Check the brand's webshop
If a product is sold out with us, it is best to have a look at the webshop of the relevant brand. Search there for the product you would like to have. Brands often have the most up-to-date stock status, and sometimes the product is still available there.
Leave your email address for a stock notification
Can you find the product on the brand's webshop, but is it not in stock there either? Then you can enter your email address to be kept informed. As soon as the product is back in stock, you will automatically receive an email. This way, you don't have to keep checking yourself.
Can't find the product anywhere?
Can't find the product anywhere and are you unsure whether it will ever come back? Then contact our customer service. We can look into it with you and, where possible, indicate whether we expect the product to come back in stock, or whether it is likely to be discontinued. To help you as quickly as possible, please have your order number or EAN number (often starting with 872*******) ready.
