Of course, it can happen that a product is not quite what you were looking for, or that something went wrong during delivery. No worries! We have made returning items as easy (and affordable) as possible for you.

When is returning free?
We have good news: in all cases, returning your order costs you absolutely nothing.
It does not matter where you bought the product. Whether you ordered directly from our own webshop, or found our product via another platform (such as MediaMarkt or ANWB); we cover the return costs if you follow our return process.
That of course also applies if we have made a mistake. Have you received the wrong product or has the item unfortunately arrived damaged? Then we will of course ensure a free return shipment. Only fair, right?
What about my refund?
If you have registered a return, you naturally want to know what to expect regarding your refund. We can also be very clear about that.
We never deduct return costs afterwards from the amount we refund you. The purchase amount of the items you have returned properly will simply be fully refunded to your account. So there will be no surprises.
