However, we do ask you to keep the following in mind. This way, we can process your return quickly and hopefully make someone else happy with the product!
The condition of the product
We ask that you keep the item unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Of course, you may inspect and assess it (just like in a shop), but not actually use it.
Packaging and sustainability
Preferably return the item in the original packaging. This is not only the safest way to prevent damage, but also the most sustainable choice. This way, no new boxes need to be used and together we keep waste to a minimum.
Valid proof of purchase
To process your return, and to be sure it concerns your order, we need valid proof of purchase. In practice, this is simply your order number. So, make sure you have this number to hand when registering, or add it to your return shipment.
