When checking out your order, you naturally want to choose the delivery method that best fits your schedule. We like to keep things simple and reliable, which is why we work with DHL.
Below, we have listed the options for you.
1. Standard home delivery by DHL
The most popular option is, of course, simply delivery to your home (or workplace). Our partner DHL will neatly deliver the parcel to your front door.
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a Track & Trace code which allows you to follow the shipment. This way, you know exactly when to expect the courier. In many cases, DHL also gives you extra flexibility: via the DHL app or the DHL website, you can often adjust your delivery time or set other delivery preferences. Handy if your plans suddenly change (because yes, that always seems to happen on delivery day).
Please note: which adjustments are possible depends on the shipment and the region. The available options will be shown once your Track & Trace is active.
2. Collection from a DHL ServicePoint
Are you often not at home during the day, or do you simply prefer to decide yourself when to pick up your parcel? Then choose delivery to a DHL ServicePoint during the order process.
Your parcel will then be sent directly to a collection point near you. As soon as it is ready, you will receive a notification and you can collect it at a time that suits you. Don’t forget to bring valid identification!
Good to know: Evening and Express delivery
We want to be clear about what is and isn’t possible, so you are not faced with any surprises.
At the moment, we do not offer options for specific evening deliveries or Express shipments. Delivery takes place during DHL’s regular rounds, which sometimes include evening deliveries, but we cannot offer this as a standard option. Of course, we will do everything we can to dispatch your order as quickly as possible!
