Have you just placed an order and are you curious when your parcel will arrive? We completely understand (especially if you've already cleared some space on the table). In this article, we explain what you can expect from our delivery times, and where you can check the most up-to-date delivery status.
Estimated delivery time per country
The delivery time depends on the country your order is being shipped to. Below you’ll find the guidelines:
Netherlands & Belgium
Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 3 days after placing your order. This includes processing time.
Germany
For Germany, the delivery time is 2 to 5 working days.
On which days are deliveries made?
Deliveries take place on all days of the week, except Sunday. If your parcel has not been delivered on Saturday, the next delivery attempt may be on Monday.
The most up-to-date information: keep an eye on your Track & Trace
Although the delivery times above give a good indication, the Track & Trace is always the most up to date. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you can see exactly where your parcel is and when the delivery is (expected to) take place.
In summary
In the Netherlands and Belgium you can usually expect your parcel within 2–3 days after ordering, and in Germany within 2–5 working days. Deliveries are made every day except Sunday. For the latest status, it’s smart to follow your Track & Trace.
