You can check your delivery status via Track & Trace
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace link or code. With this, you can track exactly where your parcel is and what the current delivery status is. This is usually more up-to-date than general status updates, as the carrier updates their latest scan moments here.
Where can you find the Track & Trace?
You can find your Track & Trace in two places:
In the portal of the platform where you placed your order
Log in to the platform where you placed the order. In your order details (often under “Orders” or “My orders”) the Track & Trace is usually shown as soon as the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
In the shipping confirmation email
You will also receive an email as soon as your order has been dispatched. In this shipping confirmation, you will usually find the Track & Trace link or the code with which you can track your parcel.
Can’t find the Track & Trace? Check your spam folder
Can’t find the shipping confirmation in your inbox? Then also check your spam or junk email folder. Sometimes automatic emails end up there by mistake (you’re not the only one, spam filters sometimes have a mind of their own).
